  18. No. No. No.  That's why it took me a year to figure it out.  You never
  19. have to shut the machine off.  You do <CMD><CMD>~ to get to the monitor
  20. and type reboot to sync and reboot.  This skips fsck and brings thing up
  21. real quick.
