- I'm having some problems printing some PostScript documents. I'm using our
- local (Sun) network's Apple LaserWriter. I have it in /etc/printcap correctly,
- have it setup on the servers /etc/hosts.lpd, etc... I can print normal
- (ASCII) documents, so I think everything is OK. When I print PostScript
- stuff, though, I get errors like this from ehandler.ps:
-
- ----
- ERROR: typecheck
- OFFENDING COMMAND: get
-
- STACK:
-
- /Encoding
- /findfont
- /findfont
- /
- /Helvetica
- /_NXHelvetica
- ----
-
- I ran "fontloader Helvetica | lpr -Pnetlw" (netlw is my local name for the
- laserwriter), and figured that would fix it. Well, it didn't. I've tried
- printing it straight from WriteNow, and also saving it to a .ps file and
- printing it from there. Neither way worked. I've pretty much run out of
- ideas so any help would be greatly appreciated!
