  10. I was recently able to setup uucp on my 040 Nextstation with ATI 9600etc/e
  11. modem.  uucp outgoing and incoming calls along with user logins work fine.
  12. (this was quite a feat for me since I'm no sysadmin :-)

  14. However, I now find I can't access the modem through regular comm programs
  15. that I have (like Icomm).  I don't remember seeing any locked files in
  16. .../uucp/LCK so I assume getty is doing something strange?

  18. I'm using ttyda and I believe also cua.
