  12. I was a little worried about the installation of 3.0, since I don't
  13. have a floppy drive. After some discussions I just copied the floppy from a  
  14. NeXT station over to my OD and ran the installation preparation app from there.
  15. The result, just the way Steve Jobs wants it to be:
  16. "It just works!"
  17. I was very impressed by the upgrade package which really walks you through
  18. the procedure and even asks if you want a copy of the changes made. It 
  19. makes a personalized upgrade plan for you and even discusses the plan with you:  
  20. you can edit what files should be left alone nicely colored bullets of which  
  21. files will be affected etc.
  22. Kinda reminds me of a holistic, new age birth program, very gentle to the new  
  23. baby 3.0...
