- Maybe people on the net should share features and bugs that they find
- with librarian. Instead of getting mad at the lack of documentation lets
- all root around and find all the features. My first contribution:
- Pick a target and bug the Inspector submenu item under the Target menu
- then select the services inspector.
-
- If you check "search in" then a new
- librarian service appears that lets you use the text selection in other
- apps to do a search in a specific librarian target! Searching the include
- files was never easier!!!!!
-
- If you check "Jot in" you get two new librarian services entries. One will
- create a file in the librarian target folder that contains the contents of
- the current selection. The other service will save a copy of the current file
- into the target. I have not figured out how to work these into my daily
- routine yet.
-
- Since any good net message requires a least 1 gripe here is mine: Now that
- we have a good way to document remote functionality with protocols why
- weren't the programatic interfaces for apps like Edit and Librarian documented!
