- According to UCA (the company handling 'order or shipment' problems for NeXT),
- the status of NeXTstep 3.0 is that they and NeXT project 7 to 10 days to
- process the current backlog of orders. Given the 2nd-day air shipping
- method, that means 9-12 days. So, it means that, as of today, they project
- worst case receive date to be September 30th (assuming a 5 day work week).

- They would not comment on whether or why shipments were on hold.
- Given the announcement of Novell client APIs are licensed as of
- September 8, I wonder if they pressed new CD-ROMs to reflect that
- fact (,or more messily, 3.0 orginally shipped with the APIs, without
- license, and Novell caught it, and forced a legal standoff ;-).
