  25. As long as (and for whatever good reasons) there is the historic long and even  
  26. recent moderate delays getting things through csna, it is of little use for  
  27. timely announcements, and so I do not fault anyone for going around the system  
  28. to get timely information (commercial or otherwise) out.  cnsa, as it currently  
  29. operates, is more suited to the FAQ list, and user group schedules, rather than  
  30. important announcements.

  33. just making a personal observation as to the way csna seems to operate.
