  18. Just to add my two cents, I've noticed a vast improvement in support
  19. in our area over the last couple of months.  My questions get answered
  20. much faster (and in general correctly).  There seems to be more
  21. willingness to work with you.  I'm not saying that NeXT is perfect and
  22. that they have not made some corporate decisions that made me bang my
  23. head against the wall, but at a personal level, NeXT's employees have
  24. given us good support.
