- Just to add my two cents, I've noticed a vast improvement in support
- in our area over the last couple of months. My questions get answered
- much faster (and in general correctly). There seems to be more
- willingness to work with you. I'm not saying that NeXT is perfect and
- that they have not made some corporate decisions that made me bang my
- head against the wall, but at a personal level, NeXT's employees have
- given us good support.
