  11. Does anyone know where I might be able to find information on
  12. commercial or public domain GIS software that can be run as a
  13. NeXTSTEP application?  We are interested in integrating some
  14. of our hurricane wind field software developed on our slabs
  15. with a GIS and/or infrastructure database for emergency management
