- Version 1.1 is a major improvement as far as recgnition goes. With a
- good mike in a relatively quiet envirenment, it's right on about 95%
- of the time. With the music on, it's about as reliable as the 1.0
- version.
-
- There are a _lot_ of factors. The way you form words, how tired you
- are, the mike, the words you pick, etc...
-
- I've found that with most single commands, using Simon says isn't
- worth the hassle. But, for multiple command macros, pasting of
- commonly used text, and the like, it's great. It's the only macro
- software available... So it's more hassle to say 'hide' (since there
- is noticeable recognition lag) than to hit cmd-h, but it's way more
- convienient (and faster) to say 'spec-sheet' than to go to WM, open
- the spec-sheet RTF file, select all, copy, go back to mail, and hit
- paste. (I've even used it for mudding... ;-)
