  12. I had some problems with news last week, so I thought I had better repost this  
  13. message.

  15. Is SQL*Net required in order to use DBKit with the Oracle Adaptor?  Some poor  
  16. soul out that has been using the adaptor, please let me know.  I am getting no  
  17. where currently with the DBModeler.

  19. I find no reference in the documentation to SQL*Net.  In fact, the  
  20. documentations state that only SQL*Plus access is needed.  But, I am beginning  
  21. to determine that this is in reference to access to Oracle, meaning if you have  
  22. an account you can access Oracle with through SQL*Plus, you should be able to  
  23. use the adaptor.  However, there is a hint of SQL*Net in the DBModeler examples  
  24. login strings.
