  13. I wish to edit VHS video (cut and splice, overlay graphics
  14. and headings) on my NeXT Station.  Is there a hardware/software
  15. package which will allow me to load the video into the computer, 
  16. edit frame by frame, and play the result to an external VHS
  17. recorder?  Sound editing would also be a useful feature.
