- Cliff's point is that you should examine the features of the applications
- _themselves_. There is no point in buying an app _simply_ because it is
- native on the NeXT. The number of features that specifically depend on
- the NeXT platform is small compared to the total set of features offered by
- that app. The customers will decide on a feature by feature basis - why
- expect them to buy a product that is possibly more expensive with less
- functionality _just_ because it was written specifically for the NeXT?
- (No implication about Excel/Mesa intended).
