- True about keeping people waiting this long. There are a few factors to
- weigh in here too (I don't know if they've been mentioned already): (I'm
- writing about the software and hardware for 3.0 on CD):

- * NeXT hired another company to do the actual shipping of the 3.0
- software. I'm forgetting exactly what I was told by NeXT, but I think
- they ship around 250 3.0's per day. I didn't ask whether that was 3.0
- CD's, floppies of 3.0 or what.

- * If you call 1-800-848-NeXT, then option 5, then option 2, you can find
- out (approximately) how long you have to wait until 3.0 should arrive.
- They ship Federal Express 2nd day.

- * Somebody should have to sign for both the NeXT CD-ROM drive and the 3.0
- software when it gets to your door.
