  14. We have the Mentor GDT tools and wish to use them in our "Introduction
  15. to VLSI Design" course.  Unfortunately, LED is not set up to let
  16. students put individual layers down, instead allowing them to lay down
  17. transistors. While we understand that higher-level design is better
  18. for real-word applications, we want students to understand the
  19. fudnementals of ic design, especially how the layers interact with one
  20. another.

  22. Has anyone modified the technology files to allow LED to become an
  23. old-style polygon pusher? If so, would those technology files be
  24. available?
