  12. I use MacTools 2.0 and have noticed that lately the scan on startup has
  13. slowed down. Last night, I installed and removed Zedcor Desk stuff
  14. applications after which I started up to find the message...

  20. The only way I could recover was to restart with a floppy containing a
  21. system (I use 7.0.1 .. tuned-up) and remove the Central Point Anti-Virus
  22. control panel or the HP Background document. I replaced the HP Background
  23. document, but this did not help. I removed and replaced the Anti-Viral
  24. stuff. With a clean copy of the Anti-Viral utility and control panel,
  25. everything worked fine, but as soon as I installed the T4 virus def.
  26. things degraded and the same bus error occurred.
