  33. Yes, Harvest C is "incomplete" in the sense that it requires the MPW
  34. headers and libraries.  (It's also "incomplete" in the sense that there
  35. are still bugs, but then, you do have the source code... :-)  Actually,
  36. I tried to get permission to distribute those headers and libs with
  37. Harvest C.  I made MANY phone calls to Apple Licensing.  I mailed them
  38. snail mail as well as AppleLink mail.  They sent me information THREE
  39. times about licensing totally unrelated things.  I never even got to
  40. the point where they understood what I wanted to do.
