- Yes, Harvest C is "incomplete" in the sense that it requires the MPW
- headers and libraries. (It's also "incomplete" in the sense that there
- are still bugs, but then, you do have the source code... :-) Actually,
- I tried to get permission to distribute those headers and libs with
- Harvest C. I made MANY phone calls to Apple Licensing. I mailed them
- snail mail as well as AppleLink mail. They sent me information THREE
- times about licensing totally unrelated things. I never even got to
- the point where they understood what I wanted to do.
