  13. Greg Robbins mentioned to me that the DTS Q&A stack contains the 
  14. needed information to find out when the resource fork is open
  15. (silly me, have to add the stack to my On Location database).

  17. The canonical way is to check if the resource file is open is to
  18. call PBGetCatInfo and check bit 2 of the ioFilAttrib field. Ugh.
