- Greg Robbins mentioned to me that the DTS Q&A stack contains the
- needed information to find out when the resource fork is open
- (silly me, have to add the stack to my On Location database).

- The canonical way is to check if the resource file is open is to
- call PBGetCatInfo and check bit 2 of the ioFilAttrib field. Ugh.
