- A note for those writing programs that calculate future dates:
- unless I'm mistaken, any year which is integrally divisible by 400
- is NOT a leap year.

- Any year divisible by 100 is NOT a leap year, UNLESS it's
- divisible by 400. So 2000 IS a leap year, and the mac
- 32-bit second-clock doesn't reach back to 1900 or future
- to 2100.
