  10. I have a question.  I go to Carnegie Mellon, my sister goes to Boston
  11. Univ.  We 
  12. both have Macs.  At CMU all I need to do to network my computer to all
  13. the other
  14. Macs on campus, as well as the printers is, buy a phonenet connector and
  15. another
  16. connector that adapts the networking extension in my room to a telephone
  17. wire.  
  18. Then I go to computing services with the number on the outlet of the extension,
  19. as well as some other info, and they turn on my outlet.
  20.  
  21. My question is, is it as simple as that to network a Mac at BU? Are there 
  22. extensions in the dorm rooms at BU for networking?  Where should I tell my 
  23. sister to go to get the nessesary hardware, software, or anything else she may
  24. need?
