- Yes, there are two that I know of. MacX is (I think) an Apple product.

- I recommend FrameMaker for books, as it does contents, cross-references,
- equations and indexes much better than most other packages out there.

- Don't think of FrameMaker or PageMaker on any small-screen Mac. They're
- designed for as much screen real-estate as you can muster and can
- actually be counter-productive on a small tube. (Ask me how I know :-))

- LaserWriters are good but overpriced, IMHO, now that there are
- high-quality contenders in the Mac marketplace. We've had excellent
- service from HP LaserJet IIsi's.
