  25. Yes, there are two that I know of. MacX is (I think) an Apple product.
  26. The other, eXodus, is from White Pine Software. MacX is better, IMHO.

  34. I recommend FrameMaker for books, as it does contents, cross-references,
  35. equations and indexes much better than most other packages out there.

  40. Don't think of FrameMaker or PageMaker on any small-screen Mac. They're
  41. designed for as much screen real-estate as you can muster and can
  42. actually be counter-productive on a small tube. (Ask me how I know :-))

  55. LaserWriters are good but overpriced, IMHO, now that there are
  56. high-quality contenders in the Mac marketplace. We've had excellent
  57. service from HP LaserJet IIsi's.
