Ever since I tried out the "Don't Sleep when plugged in"
button in the "Portable" Control Panel. My MAC PB140 won't shutdown
while plugged in. I saw the discussion about Word keeping
it awake, but Word is not running at the time. In fact I
have gotten to the point where nothing else is running. I have
unchecked the box and rebooted/power cycled the system many times
to no avail. The portable control panel is 7.0.1.

Note also that it does go to sleep when the power is disconnected
after the correct amount of time (i.e. not in response to a
low battery). The behavior is exactly like the box were still
checked, even though it isn't.

I have at times also used it a file server, but file sharing
is disabled at this point, although the "shared directory"
still appears on the desktop.

Any suggestions/advice? Thanks
