- Nothing ordinary that I do will cause my SE to start up from my brand-new
- external SCSI drive. There's nothing wrong with the drive, because if I
- dismantle the System Folder on the internal hard drive, it starts fine on
- the external. (I consider this an _extraordinary_ operation.)
-
- I hear rumors that this is a known problem with some versions of the SE ROM.
- I have ROM Version = 118. Is this the known problem? Is there a known
- solution?
-
- Thanks,
