- I'm looking for information on QuickTime's speed and compression
- performance.. If anyone would provide me with a few figures (via
- e-mail; I don't normally read this group), I'd be very grateful..
-
- Information I'd like would be along the lines of the following:
- Frame rate, image size (pixel dimensions) and colour resolution
- (256 colours/24bit et cetera), movie size (disk usage) and number
- of frames. Information on what hardware these figures are from
- would be very useful as well :-) I'm speaking from a position of
- considerable ignorance, so if QT has some facility to trade speed
- for compression ratio, tell me - I'd prefer information on playback
- rates of at least 10 frames per second..
-
- Thanks very much for your time,
- Conrad
