  15.     I recently acquired an old 512K Mac that I would like to
  16. get working.  The problem is that when I turn it on and it attempts
  17. to boot I get one of the "sad Mac faces" and an error code of 040008
  18. Can anyone provide me a list of these error codes along with their
  19. explanations?  I don't know what version of ROMs this one contains 
  20. since I cannot get it running and I have not yet attempted to open the 
  21. case to see what I have.
