  34.  I have in the past had sound problems with MY LC which I solved by bypassing
  35. the internal speaker altogether. I have a cable (bought at Radio Shack) hooked
  36. up to the sound port in back and run my sounds out of my stereo (I also have a
  37. cheap switching box so I can still listen to music or the VCR while running the
  38. LC). This is probably a good solution if you're using your computer for music
  39. applications ANYWAY! Hope this helps-Mark S.
