  12. They're not hard to open - you can find the torx wrench at most hardware
  13. stores.  However, the 100 is also relatively easy to damange unless you
  14. are very careful to remove the batteries before you pull it apart.  I know
  15. of at least 2 units that had their fuses blow because of this.  So, if you
  16. want to take it apart, make sure that you remove both the battery pack and
  17. the batteries in the back.
