- I found an extra Cutting Edge 60+ hard drive lying around, and tried
- to use it. The thing works fine only if it's not the startup drive. Whenever
- you try to use it as the startup drive, it only boots one time out of twenty,
- with no apparent reason as to why it worked. Wouldn't be too much of a problem
- but I'd like to use it one a plus with no hard drive. I dont have the manuals
- for the HD, but I've tried just about everything I could think of. I dont
- believe it has internal termination, but it wont work with or without an
- external terminator. I've tried different cables, but that doesn't help either.
- I've tried all SCSI addresses. I booted from a floppy, and the HD shows up on
- the desktop. The HD works fine except for that one problem. If anyone could
- help, I would greatly appreciate it.
