- Nonsense. The 512 is still runs all the applications it used to. You can
- run MS File, MacPaint, MacWrite, MultiPlan, MS Word 1.0 and lots of other
- programs. With the "Hard Disk 20" file in your System Folder it can use
- an 800K external floppy. True, none of these are "state of the art" and
- it won't satisfy many users' needs, but it would be perfectly acceptable for
- a K-12 student or someone that just wants to do basic word processing and
- spreadsheets. For the right price (certainly no more than $200) it might
- make a nice present for a child that does not have a computer.
