  12. I have an index to create for a medium size document. Potentially up to
  13. 500 terms to be included in the index...

  15. Does anyone know a way to semi-automate the procedure?

  17. The problem is that every term must be manually entered into the replace
  18. dialog before a 'Replace All' can be done. It would be nice if something
  19. could take the term from a list of words and enter it into the relace dialog
  20. then do a replace all search...  Any leads? Or do I just grunt through it 
  21. by hand?
