  29. Just as another data point, I've purchased two external hard drive cases from
  30. them in the past year and a half.  I've never had a problem with them, but
  31. since I live in the Orange County area, I just drove to their office and 
  32. picked them up myself.  In the past year, they've gone from a one man operation
  33. to 20 or so employees and seem to have become more disorganized.  My only
  34. complaint with them was that the last time I bought a case from them I
  35. wanted to get a 50-50 SCSI cable instead of the useless 25-50 cable (which I've
  36. got tons of) that was included.  Instead of just switching it, they charged
  37. me an additional $15 for the different cable.  I know this is a minor quibble,
  38. but annoying nevertheless.

  40. The cases are pretty good quality though.
