- Windows allows for control of color assignments through use of the control
- panel. A frustrating point, however, is that not all of the colors in ver. 3.1
- appear to be controllable. For example, there appears to be no provision for
- changing the color of the arrowhead pointers on scroll bars. A particularly
- annoying problem is with Excel in which some of the dialogue boxes display only
- with a dark gray background -- or at least I can't find any way to vary them.
- They are very hard to read on an LCD screen.

- Is there any answer to these problems, either some control I haven't found, a
- patch, or what have you?
