  14. PC User here has a problem opening an existing file he created
  15. in Persuasion for Windows.  After he saved the file and went back
  16. into it at a later date he received the following message:
  17.  
  18. "This presentation was not closed properly.  Changes since last
  19. mini-save will be recovered automatically"
  20.  
  21. He is then given the option (his only option) to click "OK".
  22.  
  23. Upon clicking "OK" he receives this next message:

  25. Application Error
  26. PA2 caused a general protection fault in module
  27. ALDVM.DLL at 0003:018B
  28.  
  29.      -Close-
  30.  
  31. He must then totally close out Persuasion.

  33. Has anyone encountered this problem before and know of a 
  34. solution?
