- If your PC has one of those generic cases,
- I would upgrade the motherboard to say a
- 486-33 with at least 4 Meg of RAM.

- If you have a really old 40Meg Hard-disk
- I would turf it and get at least a 125 Meg hard-disk
- as Windows Apps can really eat up the hard-disk space.
- I originally got a PC with the then standard 40 Meg
- hard-disk - upgraded to 100 Meg and then added another 100Meg
- hard-disk in and I am still juggling files. In theory,
- you could keep the old 40 Meg hard-disk if
- both disks were compatable as master and slave.
