  11. I was just fooling around in the windows directory of my harddrive and I 
  12. found a program called drwatson.exe in it (I have win 3.1, and it was 
  13. pre-installed).  However, when I looked through the manuals, I couldn't 
  14. find anything on this program.  So, what exactly is it?  When I run it, 
  15. it says something about no windows errors or something like that.  Thanks
