  14. Borland C++ include a stand-alone debugger, asembler, profiler and
  15. more.  Turbo C++ is just the integrated environment (editor, compiler 
  16. and integrated debugger).  They make a Turbo C++ for Windows so 
  17. you can run under Windows and build Windows programs.  Which package
  18. you need depends on what you plan to do.  Call Borland for details
