- For starters, you can get a new motherboard. I don't know how much money you
- have to play with, but for running Windows on a fairly low budget, you could
- perhaps get a 386-40 motherboard with 4 MB on board for under $350. The other
- peripherals you have would work fine with Windows, though I would recommend
- eventually getting a larger hard drive. Windows and a word processor could
- consume over half of your existing drive--and so would games like Ultima 7.
