  10. Hello!  I'm a bit new here on the news groups and have located the group
  11. comp.binaries.ibm.pc and was wondering where I can ftp to to get the program
  12. that decodes the ascii files there to their binary format.  Please respond via
  13. e-mail, as I am still having some trouble getting 'round the news groups.
