- Hi. I'm currently trying to get ka9q to work on my IBM-compat. For some
- reason, I can get slfp.exe to dial the merit access number, but it says
- that it can't get the ip number. I think I have found a cause for this...
- it's because the slfp program is still looking at the data using 8 bits,
- no parity, and 1 stop bit instead of the 7,E,1 setting that all Merit numbers
- use. Since I have no idea how to code in C, can someone explain to me how
- to modify this? My current setup is:
- IBM-compat 486/50 AMI BIOS
- US Robotics 14.4k Dual Standard with V.32
-
- Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
