- When you get the i/o ports correct, the "are serial ports installed" test
- programs will show two more serial ports at
- 0x3e8 and 0x2e8. To test whether the interrupts (IRQs) are set correctly,
- you will have to load up a comm program and actually send stuff both in and
- out from the port. the BIOS will automatically find and initialize the
- serial ports.
