  11.   I recently upgraded my system in order to take full advantage of
  12. OS/2.  I specified to the seller that I wanted a 16550 UART on
  13. the COM ports so that I can do high speed communications.  The
  14. only problem is that we are having difficulty finding an IDE
  15. controller card with such a UART for the COM ports.  So...
  16.   Can anyone help me?  Is there an IDE controller with 2 serial
  17. and 1 parallel port and a socketed 16550 UART or other socketed
  18. UART that I can replace with a 16550?  If I have to go the separate
  19. COM card route, can anyone recommend one of those with the same
  20. specs?
  21.   Any info is helpful, please be as detailed (Manufacturer, price,
  22. phone #) as possible.  Thank you.
