- What kind motherboard you are going to use? As far as I know, the current
- fashion is local bus based graphic card. But there are many types of local bus
- implementation and I am not sure there is a standard around. If you choose
- a motherboard without local bus, you may not get the high video
- performance that desired; If you select a mother board with local bus, you
- have to take the risk that the motherboard you have may not be supported
- for a long time especially when you decide to go to a new operation system
- like NT, OS/2, UNIX/PC, etc.
