  13. What's the difference between the SoundBlaster, SoundBlaster Pro, and
  14. the SoundBlaster Pro Basic?  I'm looking mostly for a sound source for
  15. game playing.  The SoundBlaster products seem to be the most prevalent
  16. in my local stores, but what about the others (ThunderBoard, Adlib, etc)?

  18. What's a MIDI Interface?  I guess since I don't know what one is, I
  19. don't need one - but I'm still curious.

  21. Email replies are probably best (fastest), since I may just go out and
  22. buy one of these things this week.  The SoundBlaster is on sale for $89
  23. this week at our local Best Buy store, so I'd like to get the sale
  24. price if this is the board I decide on.  EggHead has the Pro-Basic
  25. on sale for $159 also.  Are these good prices?
