- Add to those choices:
- ULSI Systems
- Chips and Technology
-
- A couple of PC vendor chains (CompUSA [new] and CompuAdd) sell a coprocessor
- by ULSI Systems, at a much lower price than Intel, slightly lower than
- Chips and Technology, Cyrix or IIT. Has anyone had experience with the
- ULSI chip? Or with the Chips and Tech. chip? Is the low price a warning?
- What about functionality? Binary compatibility? Speed?
- The ULSI chip has "copyright 1989" in its documentation, so it may be
- relatively new.
-
- Any info. greatly appreciated, thanks.
