  18. I have mailed two technical questions to Gateway. One was about
  19. maximum recommended cable length, the other about keyboard
  20. programming. Both were answered by email in a few days, which was a 
  21. reasonable amount of time given the non-urgency of the particular
  22. questions.

  24. I'm a satisfied Gateway customer, in part because my 486/33 has had no
  25. problems.
