  11. I have an oem version of a paradise vga card (not plus or any other
  12. special model).  Well, I would like to know if anyone has refresh rate
  13. info on it.  It is very usable at 640x480x16 and at 640x400x256, but 
  14. flickers like mad at 800x600x16!  I have been using it with an NEC 
  15. multisync plus for a while now, and even though it flickers I use it
  16. in 800x600 for the extra space.  I would be interested to know what 
  17. refresh rates that it runs at, because I am buying a new computer, and
  18. would like to make sure that it doesn't flicker this much.
