  19. It is also noteworthy that the Gateway "upgrades" for MSDOS 5.0 and Windows 
  20. 3.1 are "full-fledged" versions, not the "requires previous version to be
  21. installed on your machine" flavor.  I also like to "cow spots" on the 
  22. diskette labels.

  24. Since these are OEM versions, you go to Gateway for tech support, rather 
  25. than to Microsoft.  Having attempted to get tech support from Microsoft on 
  26. the DOS 5 upgrade (which I bought prior to the Gateway version), this might 
  27. be a blessing.
