  13. I just read an ad in th Sept 29 PC Mag (Page 94) about
  14. a new line of Phillips monitors (from 14" to 21").  Has
  15. anyone seen the 17" version or heard any reviews on it?

  17. They're advertising something called FastRefresh which "...
  18. redraws the on-screen image up to 160 times per second..."
  19. (based on video card capabilities of course).
