  13. I will soon be getting a 486-33 and I am trying to settle on the best
  14. graphics card for my needs.  I plan on running my new system under
  15. OS/2 2.0, and I am a flight simulator freak, so I want fast graphics.
  16. I do NOT plan on running Windows, so I will not benefit from cards
  17. that only accellerate Windows.

  19. I am currently looking at getting something in the Diamond
  20. Speedstar/Stealth line, but I want more info.

  22. Are all the "accelerated" graphics cards simply VGA cards with Windows
  23. accelerators on them?  Are there any cards that accelerate graphics
  24. overall?  Which ones are they?  I have heard rumors that the Diamond
  25. Speedstar 24x will accelerate all graphics (not just Windows); is
  26. this true?
