- Ive noticed this too with the Stealth card. Ive customized vmode and loaded
- it as a TSR. I believe this "static" only happens with VGA. Ive noticed it
- occurring with when text is displayed over a vga screen (specifically in
- Ultima 7). This is the first it has been mentioned on the net..I was
- wondering if it was my card. Guess not..must be the crummy VGA emulator.
- Any more info/solutions would be helpful.
