  56. Ive noticed this too with the Stealth card. Ive customized vmode and loaded 
  57. it as a TSR. I believe this "static" only happens with VGA. Ive noticed it
  58. occurring with when text is displayed over a vga screen (specifically in
  59. Ultima 7). This is the first it has been mentioned on the net..I was 
  60. wondering if it was my card. Guess not..must be the crummy VGA emulator.
  61. Any more info/solutions would be helpful.
